Mi Casa on Main: Authentic Tex-Mex Delights in Mount Airy

Always 10/10 for the food, staff, and atmosphere! But the real standout was the incredible act of kindness I witnessed from the staff toward a fellow patron while dining with my girlfriends last week— that deserves a 100/10!

They offer wild caught cod on romaine wraps- very surprised to see this in the little town of Mount Airy but they are definitely with the program if you’re sensitive to flours, gluten-free etc. Customer service /waitress was great Making sure everything was right for diet limitations! It’s located right on the main drag in town, easy parking- no meters wahoo !..and everything was great other than it was just a tad loud inside NICE PLACE GREAT FOOD Their Rice is gooood!

Mexican food sounded good so we gave this place a try. Started with chips and salsa appetizer. Salsa was good but chips were probably poured right out of a bag. They should at least warm them. Wife ordered fish tacos and they were good. She got the fish blackened. I got the chicken burrito bowl with black beans. It was good as well. Service was good. Wasn’t busy or crowded when we went in but became busier as we were leaving. We would eat there again.

Everything from the tacos to the burritos to the bowls are amazing and so much food. A few of my personal favorites are the fried banana peppers and the ACP bowl. Margaritas are great too!

This is probably in the top two Mexican restaurants in Mt Airy. They have a limited menu but what they make is very good. We had quesadillas that were excellent. They also have a very well stocked bar and make very good drinks. The bar tender are very personable and will make about anything you ask for. We’ve never had a bad experience. They fill up fast, so go early.

Very very authentic. Very great food. Will return ! Everything was hot and fresh. Their salsa was great ! First time trying their food. Only one suggestion, the bowls for the black beans and for the ACP needs to be white color. Why would you have black beans on a black dish? Needs more texture on the color ! Other than that great service and the texture of the food was very great. On point !

Friendly fast service! Great food! We ordered grilled chicken quesadilla, shredded chicken quesadilla, and tacos. Shredded chicken quesadilla was nice and juicy. Can't speak for other dishes. I ordered a salsa it didn't really have a taste could have used some salt. But other than that food was amazing! I'd go there again. Service was fast! We went close to closing time and wasn't rushed at all.

Portions are huge! Loved the queso, salsa and chips. Almost ruined my dinner. I ordered the Barbacoa Tacos which were just ok but my friend had the fish tacos which were delicious. The service could not have better. Friendly and fast. I am definitely coming back.
